Refund Policy

At Doich Foods, we put a lot of care into every batch of snacking dough we make and ship. Because our products are food items made in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety, freshness, and quality for every customer. That said, if something isn’t right with your order - such as an incorrect item - we want to make it right and encourage you to reach out so we can help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue. Be sure to include:

  • Your name and order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (Please do not throw out your containers and then request a refund).

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll determine the best next step. Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for taste preferences, but if your order is missing an item or you received the incorrect product, we’re happy to work with you on a replacement at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier once an order has shipped. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
