Exciting times around the Doich Foods headquarters -- in late August we were so honored to launch our partnership with CATCH Hospitality Group.
After months of trying to create their own VIP dessert experience for their clientele that was also gluten free, allergen free and vegan, they were delighted to meet the Doich line of cookie dough.
CATCH is an exclusive dining experience, boasting locations across the major "food cities" like LA, NYC, Miami and others. And they're getting ready to launch a new location right here in Scottsdale, AZ in 2025. It's a match made in heaven!

This partnership is just one of many outlined for Doich in the near future and we continue to perfect our cookie dough recipe, prep and market test new product launches and, most importantly, prepare for the upcoming holiday season!
Catch presented us with a unique challenge as a new company -- how to create an easy to store bulk version of our cookie dough. We think solution we landed on for Catch is a pretty clever solution that allows them (and other restaurants) to store the dough easily in their walk-in refrigerators while remaining easy to scoop for baking or immediate consumption.
